Bio

Bridget Fox is Liberal Democrat Parliamentary Candidate for Islington South & Finsbury. Bridget is currently deputy Leader of Islington Council, and has lived in the borough since 1992, first in Highbury, for many years in Barnsbury and latterly near Essex Road. After leaving Oxford, where she studied History and French, Bridget trained as a librarian, going on to work in both public and private sector organisations, most recently as customer servics manager in a leading library software house. Bridget is now a full-time councillor and campaigner, with a particular intrest in environment, health and safer communities.
In her spare time, Bridget enjoys walking, singing, socialising and spending time with her cat, Percy.
